The Harmelodics is Northern Illinois University’s student run All-Treble A Cappella Group. Our group this year is made up of many members ranging from freshman to juniors with a wide variety of majors. Harmelodics is an open and inclusive brotherhood of people who share one common goal of making music and lifetime friendships. We strive to change the a cappella world with our intricate harmonies and catchy melodies one song at a time. When not in rehearsal, this group of brothers likes to venture out into the real world to shop for new crocs and hang out with our sister group. (Shout out to The Huskie Hunks)!
We have competed in ICCA since 2016, and have placed second, third and fourth at our quarterfinals in 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2022. In the 2021-2022 season, Lili Fujiu, our arranger was awarded outstanding arrangement at ICCA.
